To avoid unfortunate misunderstandings and wasting of valuable time we advise axhibitors to note the follow:
Stand construction MUST be preventively authorized by our Technical Office, especially if stand height exceeds 3 meters.
"Exhibitors are forbidden to break-down their stands before the end of the show.
STAND CONSTRUCTION
Stand construction is allowed on 11th and 12th January from 08.00 to 18.00 only to EXTERNAL STAND CONSTRUCTORS. On 13th and 14th January from 08.00 to 18.00 exhibitors are allowed entrance. Its possible to require the extension of time to prepare your stand by filling the relating form "Build-up and break-down outside normal hours".
BREAKDOWN OF STANDS
17th January 8.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
18th January 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
19th January 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
Forms concerning "Declaration of safety for appliances and fittings" and "Fire Prevention Fittings" are obbligatory and must be sent by fax +39.049.840.570.
To avoid the unpleasant theft of goods, exhibitors are advised not to leave their stand/s unattended (artt. 45, 46, 47 of General Regulations), expecially during the build-up and break-down of stands. We remind you the insurance coverage for goods on show doesn't cover goods exceeding 10.000,00 euro. For excess quota it isnecessary to have an extra insurance policy;

Dates for build-up and break-dowm may change. The exact times and dates will be communicated with the technical services booking forms.
